Meet Chef Jeff

Jeff’s journey in the food industry began in the kitchen of a major resort, eventually leading to his appointment as Executive Chef.

 

In 1996, Jeff co-founded the iconic 3 Guys And A Stove, a restaurant built on a philosophy of warm arrivals, great music, and diverse flavours. After nearly 30 years as a staple of the culinary scene, Jeff passed the torch to new ownership in June 2025 to focus on his next chapter.

 

Jeff was the host of the television series Who’s Coming For Dinner?, which ran for three seasons and focused on the unpretentious joy of sharing a meal with others.

 

Today, Jeff is focused on mentorship through his "Impress Without Stress" platform, sharing the insights gathered over 45 years with a new generation of home cooks.​
