Sales and Shipping (via Shopify)

All physical cookbook orders are processed and fulfilled through the Shopify platform.

Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.
Order Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged Items: If your cookbook arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
Change of Mind: Due to the nature of the product, returns for "change of mind" are not accepted once the book has been shipped.

YouTube & Social Media Content

This website promotes the @ChefJeffNoStress YouTube channel.

Third-Party Terms: Accessing our video content is governed by YouTube’s own Terms of Service.
Content Responsibility: The Owner is not responsible for user-generated comments or third-party advertisements appearing on the YouTube platform.
